Inpatient and outpatient pediatric diabetes education in a multidisciplinary team approach.

Hours Mon-Fri 8 am-12 noon, 1 pm-4 pm
Areas Served Muskoka District ; Parry Sound ; Simcoe County
Eligibility Those affected by Diabetes or pre-Diabetes;
18 years and under (will also see some of those older than 18 in some cases)
