Description

Description (Service) Inpatient and outpatient diabetes education delivered by a team of health professionals
  • Individual session or teaching modules in a group setting
  • All diabetes types (type 1 and 2, gestational and pre-diabetes)
  • Classes also offered specifically for those with pre-diabetes.
Additional Services:
  • Specialized insulin pump program (education)
  • Multidisciplinary team education also available upon referral from a physician
