Description (Service) Inpatient and outpatient diabetes education delivered by a team of health professionals * Individual session or teaching modules in a group setting * All diabetes types (type 1 and 2, gestational and pre-diabetes) * Classes also offered specifically for those with pre-diabetes. 
Additional Services: 
* Specialized insulin pump program (education) 
* Multidisciplinary team education also available upon referral from a physician
