Services also include: - Primary care practioners (ie: family doctors, nurse practitioners)
- Dietitian services
- Diabetic educators
- Smoking cessation
- Opioid wellness program
- CBT for Insomnia
- Medication counselling via pharmacists
- Mental health counselling and group therapy
- Ontario Structured Psychotherapy counselling using Cognitive Behaviour Therapy
- School Success Program for elementary and secondary students
- Transgender Health Services for trans and questionning folks and their loved ones
- Occupational Therapy
- Muskuloskeletal Programs of care for low back, neck, shoulder, hip, and knee issues
- Rapid Access Clinic for Low Back Pain--surgical program
- Chiropody
- Congestive Heart Failure program
- Palliative Care Program specializing in pain and symptom management
- Geriatric Outreach Program for frail seniors
- CARE seniors' exercise program
- System Navigation Team for complex clients
- Ontario Telemedicine Network to connect patients to specialists outside of this area
