  • Overnight Shelter operations have temporarily moved into a local hotel 
  • limited shelter beds may be available at 88 Mulcaster St  
  • Shelter Intake Hours are 24/7, call 705-790-7028 
  • staff are providing 24/7 support at the motel
Outreach Services 
Outreach Van  
  • available seven days per week, call 705-790-5654 for: 
    • basic needs  
    • blankets and clothing  
    • tents and tarps 
    • access to showers 
    • harm reduction supplies  
    • brief crisis counselling  
    • advocacy support  
    • community referrals
Walking Street Outreach 
  • available 5-6 days per week, hours vary, call 705-627-7086 for: 
    • basic needs 
    • access to showers 
    • conversation 
    • minor first aid attention 
    • harm reduction 
    • referral to other programs and community resources
Services at 88 Mulcaster Street HUB 
  • staff available Mon-Fri 9 am-4 pm to assist with: 
    • Health Cards and other paper work 
    • transportation needs  
    • referral to other programs and community resources 
    • no appointment needed but due to COVID-19 safety precautions, staff may limit the number of people inside at any one time and it may be necessary to wait outside for service 
  • Donations of breakfast and lunch items for shelter guests as well as donations of survival gear, toiletries and cleaning supplies are needed
  • if you have donations, do not go to 88 Mulcaster without first calling 705-739-6916 or emailing

Outreach Van: Mon-Sun 1 pm-8:30 pm 
Walking Street Outreach: 5-6 days per week 6:30 am-3:30 pm, hours and days vary 
Office: Mon-Fri 9 am-4 pm, but hours can vary
