Description (Service) Community organization working from a non-judgmental approach to advocate for and improve conditions for individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of homelessness * services include Housing Support Services * Emergency Shelter * Breakfast Program * Housing Engagement and Response Team (HEART) * Case Management * Basic needs * Administrative support (assistance with form filling, obtaining ID, etc) * Phone and Mail Services (can use phone number and address of David Busby Centre as a contact point for people with no permanent address or phone) * Addiction Support * Infant/Baby Needs and Supplies (diapers, formula and food, depending on donations) * Harm Reduction Program * Referral Services * Mobile Outreach Service 
Rapid Hep C testing Wednesdays 1 pm-3 pm

Have volunteer and placement program 
Christmas Luncheon: provides annual December luncheon for all members of the community * frequency and date depend on number of volunteers and donations * all held during centre hours Mon-Fri * 2019 dinner TBA

Housing Support Services: Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri 8:30 am-11:30 am * Mon, Fri 1 pm-3 pm by appointment only 
Central Intake for Emergency Group Lodging: 5 pm-10 pm 
Rapid Hep C testing: Wed 1 pm-3 pm 
Outreach Van: Mon-Fri 3:30 pm-9:30 pm, Sat-Sun 8 am-2 pm 
Christmas Luncheon 2018: Dec 18, 11 am-12 noon 
HEART: Mon-Fri 6 am-8 am, Sat-Sun 2 pm-7 pm 
Voluntary Trustee Program: Mon-Fri 8 am-12 pm
