Health centre focused on family and community health - encourage responsibility for one's own health and that of the community through health promotion, illness prevention, chronic disease management and integrated primary health care
- Illness Prevention - involves services such as blood pressure screening, annual immunization against influenza and wellness visits
- Diabetes Management Program - information about living with diabetes, monitoring blood sugar level, food choices, exercise, pump program, medications and lifestyle choices
